Testing before treatment
Most clinics sell treatment. We start with diagnosis. Before any prescription is even discussed, you get comprehensive lab work and a clinician who walks you through what every number means — in plain language.
And if your labs say you don't need treatment, we'll tell you that too. That's what a clinic built on evidence looks like: the answer comes from your bloodwork, not from a sales script.

The process
Four steps. No surprises. You always know what happens next and why.
01
A private, unhurried conversation about what's changed, what you want back, and your full health history — in person at our Tampa office or by telehealth, whichever you prefer.
02
Targeted blood work and a clinical evaluation. The draw happens in person; we measure before we recommend — every time.
03
Options in plain English, including risks, alternatives, and the choice to do nothing. Treatment only if it's right for you.
04
Scheduled follow-ups — again, in person or by telehealth — and repeat labs keep treatment safe, effective, and adjusted to you.
The clinical team
Every clinician here will be listed with name, license, and specialty — verified before publication. We don't use stock-photo doctors or invented credentials.
Publishing after verification
Clinical team names, licenses, and backgrounds are being verified in writing before anything is published. Until then, this space stays honest — no fake doctors, no borrowed headshots, no invented resumes.
Safety & ongoing monitoring
Hormones and weight-management medications are serious medicine. If treatment is right for you, we stay involved: scheduled follow-ups, repeat labs at defined intervals, and adjustments based on how you actually respond — not a set-it-and-forget-it script.
And if treatment stops being right for you, we say so and change course. Ongoing care means exactly that.

Medical weight management
Weight is metabolic, hormonal, and behavioral — never moral. Your evaluation looks at the full picture: health history, current medications, sleep, blood work, and what you actually want your body to do.
Specific semaglutide and tirzepatide products are FDA-approved for defined uses and can be appropriate for some men. They also carry real side effects and are not right for everyone. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved, and we will never present them as equivalent. And no honest clinic guarantees a number on a scale — we won't either.

Sexual health
Erectile dysfunction and low libido are among the most common health issues men face — and the least discussed. They can also be early signals of cardiovascular, metabolic, or hormonal problems, which is why we treat them as medicine, not embarrassment.
Your conversation stays private, your evaluation is thorough, and your options are explained without pressure or awkwardness.

Pricing & insurance
You will always know what care costs before you agree to it. That's a promise we can make — unlike a price list we haven't finalized.
Publishing in writing
Our fee schedule is being finalized and will be published here in writing before launch. We don't advertise prices we haven't confirmed, and we never surprise you with a bill you didn't agree to. Insurance participation is still being confirmed. We will publish exactly which plans — if any — we accept before launch.
Questions
Yes — always. No prescription is considered before a comprehensive lab evaluation and a clinical review of your history. Symptoms alone are never enough for a diagnosis here.
There is no guarantee of a prescription — ever. Treatment is offered only after a clinician confirms a diagnosis, reviews contraindications, and determines it is appropriate for you specifically.
No — and it's worth being skeptical of any clinic that does. Individual outcomes vary. What we commit to is honest evaluation, evidence-based care, and close monitoring for as long as you're a patient.
Yes. Consultations are private whether they happen in the office or by telehealth, scheduling is discreet, and our marketing forms never ask for diagnoses, lab results, medication history, or intimate details.
Insurance participation is still being confirmed. We will publish exactly which plans — if any — we accept before launch, in writing, on this site.
Both are available — it is your choice. Consultations and follow-up visits can happen in person at our Tampa office or by telehealth, and you can switch between them as you go. Telehealth visits require you to be physically located in Florida at the time of the visit. Blood draws and any hands-on examination are done in person, because they cannot be done any other way.
Our office is at 3971 Moran Rd, Suite 101, Tampa, FL 33618, and you can reach us at (813) 851-5045. We are Tampa-first, serving men across the Tampa Bay area in person — and we also see patients across Florida by telehealth.
