Tampa · Men's Health Clinic

Know your numbers. Treat what's real.

Physician-led hormone, weight, and sexual health care for men across Tampa Bay — built on lab testing, honest guidance, and real follow-through. No guesswork. No pressure. No gimmicks.

What we treat

Three pillars. One standard: evidence.

Hormones, weight, and sexual health are connected — and they deserve the same thing: real medicine, delivered straight.

Hormone Health

Persistent fatigue, low mood, and a drop in drive can have measurable medical causes. We test first, explain what your numbers mean, and treat only when treatment is truly indicated.

Weight Management

A medical evaluation of what's actually driving your weight — metabolism, medications, sleep, hormones — then a plan built on nutrition, strength, and straight talk about medication options.

Sexual Health

Erection problems and low libido are medical issues, not character flaws. We evaluate them privately and seriously — and treat what's actually causing them.

Testing before treatment

We don't guess. We test.

Most clinics sell treatment. We start with diagnosis. Before any prescription is even discussed, you get comprehensive lab work and a clinician who walks you through what every number means — in plain language.

And if your labs say you don't need treatment, we'll tell you that too. That's what a clinic built on evidence looks like: the answer comes from your bloodwork, not from a sales script.

  • Comprehensive lab panel before any prescription is considered
  • Diagnosis confirmed by objective testing — never assumed from symptoms alone
  • Screening for conditions that would make treatment unsafe
  • Your results explained clearly, with time for real questions

The process

From first visit to follow-through.

Four steps. No surprises. You always know what happens next and why.

  1. 01

    Consultation

A private, unhurried conversation about what's changed, what you want back, and your full health history — in person at our Tampa office or by telehealth, whichever you prefer.

  2. 02

    Labs & evaluation

Targeted blood work and a clinical evaluation. The draw happens in person; we measure before we recommend — every time.

  3. 03

    Your plan

Options in plain English, including risks, alternatives, and the choice to do nothing. Treatment only if it's right for you.

  4. 04

    Monitoring

Scheduled follow-ups — again, in person or by telehealth — and repeat labs keep treatment safe, effective, and adjusted to you.

The clinical team

The people behind your care.

Every clinician here will be listed with name, license, and specialty — verified before publication. We don't use stock-photo doctors or invented credentials.

Publishing after verification

Bios publish once credentials are verified

Clinical team names, licenses, and backgrounds are being verified in writing before anything is published. Until then, this space stays honest — no fake doctors, no borrowed headshots, no invented resumes.

Safety & ongoing monitoring

Treatment is a commitment, not a purchase.

Hormones and weight-management medications are serious medicine. If treatment is right for you, we stay involved: scheduled follow-ups, repeat labs at defined intervals, and adjustments based on how you actually respond — not a set-it-and-forget-it script.

And if treatment stops being right for you, we say so and change course. Ongoing care means exactly that.

  • Follow-up labs at defined intervals, not just when something feels wrong
  • Dose and plan adjustments based on your response and your labs
  • Side-effect review at every follow-up
  • Clear stop criteria — ending treatment is a medical decision too

Medical weight management

Straight talk about weight — including GLP-1s.

Weight is metabolic, hormonal, and behavioral — never moral. Your evaluation looks at the full picture: health history, current medications, sleep, blood work, and what you actually want your body to do.

Specific semaglutide and tirzepatide products are FDA-approved for defined uses and can be appropriate for some men. They also carry real side effects and are not right for everyone. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved, and we will never present them as equivalent. And no honest clinic guarantees a number on a scale — we won't either.

  • Full metabolic and medication evaluation before any plan
  • Honest education on approved medications, side effects, and alternatives
  • Nutrition and resistance training to protect strength and muscle
  • Regular follow-up to track progress and adjust the plan

Sexual health

Private. Medical. Judgment-free.

Erectile dysfunction and low libido are among the most common health issues men face — and the least discussed. They can also be early signals of cardiovascular, metabolic, or hormonal problems, which is why we treat them as medicine, not embarrassment.

Your conversation stays private, your evaluation is thorough, and your options are explained without pressure or awkwardness.

  • Discreet scheduling and private consultations, in person or by telehealth
  • Evaluation of underlying causes, not just symptoms
  • Treatment options reviewed only after a real evaluation
  • Nothing you share is ever used for marketing

Pricing & insurance

No games with numbers.

You will always know what care costs before you agree to it. That's a promise we can make — unlike a price list we haven't finalized.

Publishing in writing

Fee schedule being finalized

Our fee schedule is being finalized and will be published here in writing before launch. We don't advertise prices we haven't confirmed, and we never surprise you with a bill you didn't agree to. Insurance participation is still being confirmed. We will publish exactly which plans — if any — we accept before launch.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need lab tests before any treatment?

Yes — always. No prescription is considered before a comprehensive lab evaluation and a clinical review of your history. Symptoms alone are never enough for a diagnosis here.

Can I get a prescription at my first visit?

There is no guarantee of a prescription — ever. Treatment is offered only after a clinician confirms a diagnosis, reviews contraindications, and determines it is appropriate for you specifically.

Do you guarantee results?

No — and it's worth being skeptical of any clinic that does. Individual outcomes vary. What we commit to is honest evaluation, evidence-based care, and close monitoring for as long as you're a patient.

Is this confidential?

Yes. Consultations are private whether they happen in the office or by telehealth, scheduling is discreet, and our marketing forms never ask for diagnoses, lab results, medication history, or intimate details.

Do you take insurance?

Insurance participation is still being confirmed. We will publish exactly which plans — if any — we accept before launch, in writing, on this site.

Can I be seen by telehealth, or do I have to come in?

Both are available — it is your choice. Consultations and follow-up visits can happen in person at our Tampa office or by telehealth, and you can switch between them as you go. Telehealth visits require you to be physically located in Florida at the time of the visit. Blood draws and any hands-on examination are done in person, because they cannot be done any other way.

Where are you located?

Our office is at 3971 Moran Rd, Suite 101, Tampa, FL 33618, and you can reach us at (813) 851-5045. We are Tampa-first, serving men across the Tampa Bay area in person — and we also see patients across Florida by telehealth.
